There is an energy crisis in Scarfolk. At the moment only essential, beneficial operations, such as the Phanphlastictory plastics factory and the Iceyeye chemical plant are running.
Because of this all toilet paper in Scarfolk is reused. It can be bought second hand but most people wash, dry and iron their own at home.
Here's the super-rare 'primrose yellow' Andrex 1st edition postcard with the limited-print-run special-offer banner from the highly sought-after1972 range.
If you missed the Dettol and Elastoplast posts they're here:

Scarfolk is a town in North West England that did not progress beyond 1979. Instead, the entire decade of the 1970s loops ad infinitum. Here in Scarfolk, pagan rituals blend seamlessly with science; hauntology is a compulsory subject at school, and everyone must be in bed by 8pm because they are perpetually running a slight fever. "Visit Scarfolk today. Our number one priority is keeping rabies at bay." For more information please reread.
